BOWLING GREEN, KY - The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is reporting that on April 9, 2024, Jose Soto, a 56-year-old male from Leitchfield, KY was arrested by the Kentucky State Police (KSP).
The arrest was in response to a complaint, KSP Post 3, Bowling Green received on Sunday, December 3, 2023, regarding employees at the Warren Regional Juvenile Detention Center prompting an extensive investigation by detectives
Jose Antonio Soto was charged with:
- One count of Promoting Contraband 1st Degree, which is a Class D felony
This individual was lodged in the Warren County Detention Center.
