Toleman Cottongim, 79, of Manchester, KY, passed away Thursday, March 28th, at the Continue Care Hospital in Corbin, KY. Toleman was born in Manchester, KY, on September 21st 1944, a son of the late Harve and Anne Sampson Cottongim.
Toleman is preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Miller Cottongim.
He is survived by his son, Jason Cottongim of Manchester and his daughter, Michelle Cottongim of London.
He is also survived by his brothers and sisters: Ronnie Cottongim, Roy Cottongim, both of Manchester, Savannah Sizemore of Chicago, and Joette Cottongim of Alabama. As well as a grandchild: Chase Cottongim.
In addition to his parents and wife, Toleman is preceded in death by his son, David Cottongim.
Services for Toleman will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 2nd, at Britton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hacker and Jones Cemetery on Beech Creek.
Visitation for Toleman will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, April 1st, at Britton Funeral Home.
