RICHMOND, KY  — Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) will be expanding community programs and support services at its Corbin Regional Campus and within the service region, thanks to a $50,000 donation from the Kentucky Association of Health Plans (KAHP). KAHP is the trade association representing Medicaid managed care organizations and commercial insurers in the Commonwealth.

McConnell, Guthrie Introduce Bill to Expand Mammoth Cave National Park Boundaries

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Thursday, May 8, 2025) – U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and U.S. Congressman Brett Guthrie (KY-02) introduced today the bicameral Mammoth Cave National Park Boundary Adjustment Act. This bill would give the park the ability to acquire an additional 551.14 acres of land from the Nature Conservancy.
