LONDON, KY (December 23, 2021) - The Kentucky State Police is reporting that on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at approximately 8:04 AM, KSP Post 11, London received a call from a motorist about a unresponsive male individual lying on the ground off Interstate 75 at exit 38 near a small wooded area in Laurel County.

Sterling, KY, man, Timothy Douglas Snedegar, 65, was sentenced to 36 months in federal prison on Monday, by U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell, after previously pleading guilty to conspiring to commit wire fraud related to his participation in a scheme to defraud a private crop insurance company.
