LONDON, KY (December 3, 2021) - The Kentucky State Police, London Post which provides coverage for Clay, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley counties, will be conducting periodic traffic safety checkpoints at approved by the Kentucky State Police Policy and Procedures Manual.

PINEVILLE, KY (December 3, 2021) – The Kentucky State Police is reporting that on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 1:00 A.M. Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan received a call from Bell County Sheriff”s Department about an accidental shooting at the Bell County 911 Center. Troopers and Detectives from Post 10 Harlan responded and began an investigation.

LEXINGTON, Ky.— A Powell, Ohio, man, Syed Sheraz Ahmed, 40, was sentenced to 360 months in federal prison on Monday, by Chief U.S. District Judge Danny C. Reeves, after pleading guilty to traveling for sex with a minor and receiving a visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

SCOTTSVILLE, KY The Kentucky State Police is reporting that on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021, at approximately 9:20 A.M. Kentucky State Police Post 3, Bowling Green, was requested by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office to respond to a fatal collision in Allen County.

Van Duzer Scenic Corridor in Lincoln County, Oregon, for the report of human remains discovered just outside the rest area.
