LONDON, KY (January 11, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner along with K-9 Deputy Jake Miller and Deputy Travis Napier arrested Ryan Morgan age 36 of London on Monday afternoon January 11, 2021 at approximately 1:47 PM.
