Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Gilbert Acciardo investigated a two vehicle injury traffic crash which occurred on US 25 approximately 8 miles south of London on Monday afternoon November 21, 2016 at approximately 1:16 PM.
The investigating deputy reports that apparently a white colored Chevrolet Tahoe pulled out from Powers Lane to travel northbound on US 25 and pulled out in front of the path of a silver colored Honda Civic that was traveling southbound on US 25. The two vehicles collided in the southbound lane of US 25.
The driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe was identified as: James Gregory age 52 London – no injuries were reported.
The driver of the Honda Civic was identified as: Monica Spears age 26 of Corbin – transported by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County to Baptist Healthcare Hospital in Corbin for treatment of injuries. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as: Pamela Fields age 50 also of Corbin – transported by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County to Baptist Healthcare Hospital in Corbin for treatment of injuries.
Assisting at the scene of the crash was Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County and Lily Volunteer Fire Department.
