Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective Jason Back along with Maj. Rodney Van Zant and Deputy Josh Scott arrested Kevin Birr age 30 of West Cumberland ave. Middlesboro, Ky. on Wednesday afternoon November 30, 2016 at approximately 1:33 PM.
The arrest occurred off South Stewart Rd., approximately 10 miles south of London after this subject was charged on a fugitive warrant from Michigan charging sexual abuse first-degree.
Kevin Birr was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
