WCSD Press Release | Dec 2, 2016 - The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department is seeking any information that may help identify the recent or current whereabouts of Gary A. Patrick, 29, of Gary Hinkle Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky. Patrick was last seen the day before Thanksgiving (Nov. 23, 2016) and was reported missing by family.
Patrick is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is estimated to stand around 5′ 10” and weigh around 260 pounds.
Law enforcement is currently investigating multiple leads regarding Patrick’s potential whereabouts.
Any information offered will be appreciated and investigated. Information can be supplied by calling Whitley Co. E911’s non-emergency number at (606) 549-6017.

UPDATE:
The Whitley County Sheriff's Department regrets to confirm that the body of Gary A. Patrick was located around 7 p.m. December 4, 2016 in North Corbin.
The body was located in Laurel Co., and the Laurel Co. Sheriff's Dept. is in charge of the death investigation.
Originally, the Whitley Co. Sheriff's Dept. opened a missing person's investigation after Patrick's family said they had no contact with him for an unusually long period of time.
