Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective Kyle Gray and Detective Kevin Berry arrested three individuals following an investigation conducted 2 miles north of London on Tuesday afternoon Dec. 6th, 2016 where allegedly individuals forged a man's signature onto a vehicle title of a 2000 Chevy 1500 pickup truck in the presence of a notary at the notary's residence,
