Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective Kyle Gray along with Deputy Cody Faulconer, Detective Kevin Berry, and Lieut. Greg Poynter arrested Joshua Terry age 34 of Green Meadow Rd., London on Thursday morning December 15, 2016 at approximately 11:20 AM.
The arrest occurred in London after this subject was charged with theft and burglary regarding the theft of a silver colored 12 foot enclosed V-nose trailer that was stolen from a business parking lot 2 miles north of London off U.S. 25 on Monday afternoon December 12, 2016 at approximately 3:44 PM.
The trailer was recovered by Sgt. Robbie Grimes off Arthur Ridge Road, approximately 5 miles north of London on Wednesday afternoon December 14 at approximately 3 PM. It was found parked at a residence there.
Following an investigation, detectives and deputies arrested Joshua Terry charging him with theft by unlawful taking $500 or more -under $10,000 ; and burglary – third-degree. Contents inside the trailer at the time of theft included camping equipment, a grill, RV holding tanks, a fire pit, and smokers. 85% of these items have been recovered.
An investigation is continuing and other arrests are possible.
