LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s court security officer Brent France arrested Melisha M. Harris age 41 of Manchester on Thursday afternoon March 21, 2019 at approximately 12:02 PM.
The arrest occurred in London after this subject was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
