Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 3, 2019 at approximately 4:40 PM Clay County Sheriff's Deputies Jeremy Gabbard and Jeff Kelsey arrested Melena Clements, 57 of Highway 1524.
The arrest occurred when Deputies was dispatched to a fight complaint. Through investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence of intoxicants and both parties had separated prior to the arrival of Deputies.
Melena Clements was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
