London, Ky. - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Bailiff Paige VanHook arrested Timothy Marcum age 43 of Keavy, KY on Monday 07/15/2019 at approximately 10:26 AM.
The arrest occurred in Laurel Circuit Family Court after VanHook observed Marcum to be unsteady on his feet and smelling of an alcoholic beverage.
Marcum was given a Field Sobriety Test and it was determined that Marcum was under the influence of alcohol. Marcum stated that he did drink alcohol prior to coming to Court.
Timothy Marcum was charged with:
- Alcohol Intoxication in a public place
this individual was lodged in Laurel County Corrections Center.
