Pike county, Ky. - On July 6, KSP Post 9 Pikeville launched an investigation in South Williamson regarding a shooting near the city park.
The victim was Adrian Smith, age 44 of Cleveland, WV.
After an initial investigation, KSP obtained an arrest warrant for:
- Murder, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
The warrant is for Charles Ray Blevins (37 YOA). His last known address was in Williamson, WV.
Anyone having contact with Mr. Blevins is urged to use extreme caution, as he is considered armed and dangerous.
In addition, anyone with any information on his location are asked to call the Kentucky State Police at 606-433-7711 or dial 911, all callers can remain anonymous.
