Complaint of female passed out in vehicle in a driveway not her own / Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brad Mink arrested Lesley Bray age 39 of Keavy Rd., London early Wednesday morning August 7, 2019 at approximately 7:54 AM.

The arrest occurred off Echo Valley Road, approximately 7 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a female subject passed out in a vehicle in a driveway not her own there.

Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Mink located this individual in the driver seat with the vehicle in the drive position and the key turned on and foot on the brake.

After banging on the window, Deputy Mink was finally able to get the driver out of the vehicle where an investigation was conducted and the driver was determined to be under the influence.

During arrest, this individual was found in possession of a can with a crystal like residue on the top of it believed to be Methamphetamine.

Lesley Bray was charged with:

  • Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – third offense
  • Driving on DUI suspended license – first offense
  • Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle – first offense
  • Failure to wear seatbelts
  • Criminal trespassing – second-degree
  • Failure to produce insurance card
  • Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
