Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 15, 2019 at approximately 9:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Anthony Morgan, 36 of Williamsburg.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston was providing security detail for Clay County Middle School Football, when after the game the above mentioned subject was exiting Tiger Stadium when he became belligerent and started screaming profane remarks toward football officials.
Anthony Morgan was charged with:
• Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
