Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 19, 2019 at approximately 3:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Melissa Asher, 33 of Curry Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards received a complaint of an intoxicated female threatening harm to her father who is disabled.
Upon arrival Deputy Edwards could hear the female individual threatening harm to her father as he was walking toward the door.
Deputy Edwards conducted an investigation at which time determined the female was under the influence.
Melissa Asher, 33 was charged with:
- Assault 4th Degree, Domestic Violence (No Visible Injury)
