Clay county, Ky. (October 10, 2019) - The City Of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: At 2:30 PM on Saturday, September 28, 2019 Manchester & Lockard’s Creek Fire Units were dispatched by Clay County 911 to a motor vehicle accident with possible injury.
Upon arrival of Emergency personnel it was confirmed that no one was in or around the vehicle.
Upon further investigation by Clay County Sheriff's Deputy Wes Brumley it was determined that the subject involved was transported by personal vehicle to AdventHealth Manchester.
After providing traffic control Units then cleared the scene with no further incident.
