Clay County, Ky. (October 14, 2019) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On October 14, 2019 at approximately 2:30 PM the Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson, Chief Deputy Clifton Jones, Sgt. Jeremy Gabbard and Detective Jeff Kelsey arrested two individuals for active warrants.
Arrested was:
Ella Hensley, 46 and Roy Hensley, 53 both of Skull Branch Road.
The arrests occurred when units were on scene of a shooting complaint when they were made aware that the above mentioned subjects had active warrants for their arrest.
The active warrants were for allegedly assaulting the deceased victim some weeks prior.
Roy Hensley was charged with:
- Assault, 2nd Degree
Ella Hensley was charged with:
- Assault, 2nd Degree
