Manchester, Kentucky Man Nominated for National Cheer Coach of the Year

Milltown, Wisconsin (November 12, 2019) - Sixty-two cheerleading coaches from across the United States are vying for the annual award, which honors coaches who have made a positive impact in the lives of their students and communities. These coaches have been nominated by members of their respective communities.

Manchester, KY (February, 2019) - Cameron Gregory (left) was nominated with the the following note & photo: My cheer coach, Cameron Gregory, is very great and I really think he deserves to be awarded. He does so much for my cheer team and he even got us 8, 1st place titles last year. One being the national Cheerleading competition award at Nationals. We also won 2nd place in worlds and that was all because of him. That's why I really think that he deserves to be titled the 2019 National best coach award.

An online vote will take place at Greatmats National Cheer Coach of the Year from Nov. 14 through Nov. 28, 2019.

The two coaches with the most votes will be named finalists. Then Greatmats will choose the winner between the finalists, based on their demonstration of service/community impact, integrity and quality of instruction.

The winner will be announced on Dec. 13, 2019.

The National Cheer Coach of the Year Award is one of eight annual awards given out by Greatmats as part of its Fifth Annual National Award Series.
