Clay County, Ky. (November 29, 2019) Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on November 28, 2019 at approximately 6:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley and SRO Kendric Smith arrested Ashley Murrell, 28 of Crawfish Road.
The arrest occurred while on a separate complaint when Deputies came in contact with the above.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was showed the female subject had an active warrant for her arrest.
During the search, Deputy Brumley located a plastic baggie with suspected Methamphetamine inside it.
Ashley Murrell was charged with:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
