Trespassing arrests off Hensley Road in Laurel County

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Kevin Berry along with Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested three individuals on Tuesday morning February 18, 2020 at approximately 11:52 AM.

The arrests occurred off Hensley Road, approximately 6 miles north of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that individuals who had been removed from a property through the legal process were back at that residence. When deputies arrived at the scene, they also learned that apparently suspects there had damaged the residence.

The three arrested individuals were identified as:

Tammy L. Holt age 50 of East Bernstadt charged with:

  • Criminal trespass – first-degree
  • Disorderly conduct – second-degree
  • Terroristic threatening – third-degree
  • Criminal mischief – second-degree

Darrel Holt age 28 of East Bernstadt charged with:

  • Criminal trespass – first-degree
  • Disorderly conduct – second-degree
  • Terroristic threatening – third-degree
  • Criminal mischief – second-degree

Arnold Ike Holt age 50 of East Bernstadt charged with:

  • Criminal trespass – first-degree
  • Disorderly conduct – second-degree
  • Terroristic threatening – third-degree
  • Criminal mischief – second-degree

These three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
