MANCHESTER, KY (May 30, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on May 29, 2020 at approximately 11:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jared Smith along with Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Russell Gray, 37 of Arrowhead Court.
The arrest occurred on Ham Hollow Road when Deputy Smith was providing extra patrol when he red the above mentioned subject.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was shown that the subject had an outstanding Warrant of arrest for violating Parole.
Russell Gray was charged with:
• Serving Parole Violation Warrant (For Felony Offense)
