MANCHESTER, KY (August 3, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 1, 2020 at approximately 1: 45 PM Clay County Sheriff Sgt. Jeremy Gabbard along with Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested David Howard, 27 of Town Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Sgt. Gabbard responded to a complaint of a dispute call on River Street.
Upon arrival, the above mentioned subject fled the scene but was later located sitting in a vehicle.
Upon search of the subject, multiple syringes was located along with a clear plastic baggie containing suspected Methamphetamine.
David Howard was charged with:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
• Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
