Female in southeast Kentucky allegedly jumping out in front of vehicles, chasing vehicles down & smacking sides of vehicles

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Travis Napier Along with K-9/ shift Sgt. Gary Mehler, Deputy Hunter Disney, and Deputy Brent France arrested Rebecca Fultz age 33 of London on Tuesday afternoon November 24, 2020 at approximately 3:17 PM.

The arrest occurred on Slate Lick Road, approximately 1 mile north of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a female subject allegedly jumping out in front of vehicles, chasing vehicles down and smacking the sides of vehicles.

While enroute to the scene of the complaint deputies learned that apparently the suspect had traveled to a residence not her own and smacked a vehicle in the drive and the residence also.

Deputies located the suspect walking down the road and conducted an investigation determining that she was under the influence. Upon arrest this individual began yelling and cursing.

Rebecca Fultz was charged with:

  • Alcohol intoxication in a public place
  • Disorderly conduct – second-degree

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
