LONDON. KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brent France arrested Sandra L. Shoupe age 30 of London on Saturday afternoon May 22, 2021 at approximately 4:43 PM.
The arrest occurred on Barbourville Road, approximately 2 miles South of London after Deputy France was dispatched to a possible injury traffic crash there.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy France conducted an investigation on the driver of a silver Cadillac Deville determining that she was under the influence.
Sandra L. Shoupe was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
- Failure to wear seatbelts
- Operating on suspended or revoked operator's license
- Improper registration plate
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
