LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Travis Napier is investigating a missing person.
Robert Tudor, age 33 of Woodbine, Ky jumped from a vehicle near the Wal-Mart Shopping Center in London while being transported by friends and family members to a facility to treat substance abuse.
Mr. Tudor is described as being 6’ 1” and weighing 187 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a green plaid shirt and blue jeans.
