Narcotics located and seized in Madison County, Kentucky after deployment of K9 "Jimmy

RICHMOND, KY - On Wednesday, September 1, 2021 the Madison County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit reported on social media that: On Thursday, August 26th, 2021 at approximately 10:50 AM MCSO K9 Deputy Wesley was called to assist Officer Masoumi of the Berea Police Department on a traffic stop.

Throughout the course of the traffic stop, K9 "Jimmy" was deployed to conduct a free air sniff and gave a conditioned response to the odor of narcotics.

As a result, the following narcotics were located and seized:

  • 78.61 grams of Methamphetamine

RICHMOND, KY (September 2, 2021) - According to Madison County Detention Center records, Brandon Keith Davidson age 36 of McKee, KY was booked into the facility on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 2:32 PM for drug trafficking.

Arresting Officer: GOFORTH
Badge: 0578
Arresting Agency: B.P.D.

Brandon Davidson is charged with:

  • TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST DEGREE, 2ND OR > - (> OR = 2GMS METHAMPHETAMINE)

This individual is lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

Status: Pending with no bond set.
