SHELBYVILLE, KY - On Wednesday, May 18, 2022 the Kentucky State Police reported that KSP Post 12 Detectives have been investigating a complaint of criminal abuse involving a thirteen-month-old child in Shelby County.
On Monday, May 16, 2022, Michael Davis, age 32, of Jefferson County, was indicted by a Shelby County Grand Jury for:
- Criminal Abuse 1st Degree
On Tuesday, May 17, Michael Davis was located and placed under arrest without incident.
He has been lodged in the Shelby County Detention Center.
