LONDON, KY (May 23, 2022) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Bobby Jones arrested Richard Collins age 19 of Manchester early Saturday morning May 21, 2022 at approximately 4:32 AM.
The arrest occurred at a reported traffic crash.
When deputies arrived at the scene they located an individual there and determined through investigation that he was under the influence.
Richard Collins was charged with:
- Alcohol intoxication in a public place
This Individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
