LONDON, KY (ClayCoNews) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's shift Sgt. Travis Napier along with Deputy Drew Wilson and Deputy Skylar McFarland arrested Katie May age 57 of Corbin early Friday morning November 25, 2022 at approximately 5:13 AM.
The arrest occurred on U.S. 25 approximately 6 miles South of London after deputies observed a silver Honda Accord weaving on the roadway and nearly striking an oncoming vehicle head-on.
A traffic stop was initiated and an investigation was conducted. The driver was determined to be under the influence.
Katie May was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
