LONDON, KY (ClayCoNews) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: On Wednesday, December 7, 2022 Jessica O'Dell age 28 and Trevor Donald Collins age 23 of Scott Street in London, KY pled guilty in Laurel Circuit Court to a recommended sentence of 30 years regarding an investigation conducted by Laurel Sheriff's Lieut. Chris Edwards and other Sheriff's Investigators.
The complaint was reported and investigated by Sheriff's Detectives and the pair of individuals were arrested on February 22, 2021 in London.
Allegedly, Jessica O'Dell and her boyfriend Trevor Donald Collins had reportedly subjected a female child to sexual intercourse, sodomy, and deviant sexual intercourse.
These two individuals pled guilty to a recommended sentence of 30 years as detailed:
Jessica Renée O'Dell pled guilty to:
- Two counts of Sodomy – first-degree – child 12 or under
Trevor Donald Collins pled to:
- One count of Rape first-degree Child under 12
- One count of Sodomy first-degree Child under 12
Final sentencing to be scheduled.
