LONDON, KY (January 10, 23) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy James Fox arrested Kenneth Clyde Casteel age 33 of East Bernstadt on Saturday night January 7, 2023 at approximately 11:52 PM.
The arrest occurred off Chapel Road, approximately 5 miles north of London after Kenneth Casteel was charged on a Laurel District Court complaint warrant of arrest charging:
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
In addition, this subject was charged on a second Laurel District Court complaint warrant of arrest charging:
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
Also, Casteel was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging probation violation regarding charges of:
- possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – second offense – Methamphetamine
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
