LONDON KY MAN BUSTED ON HAL ROGERS PARKWAY WITH METH, GUNS AND CASH

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root and London City Police Chief Chuck Johnson announce the seizure of approximately 14 ounces of Methamphetamine by the Laurel County Drug Interdiction Task Force on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.

Interdiction units conducted a traffic stop on the Hal Rogers Parkway of a vehicle operated by Keith Bishop age 44 of North Mill St., London, KY.

A positive K-9 alert resulted in the seizure of small amount of Methamphetamine, 2 firearms, and cash.

Further investigation resulted in the seizure of an additional 14 ounces of Methamphetamine at a residence in Laurel County along with an additional amount of U.S. Currency.

The total seizure was just over 14 ounces of Methamphetamine, 2 firearms, and $16,713.

Keith Bishop was arrested and charged with:

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
