MANCHESTER, KY (March, 25, 2023) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is needing help identifying the vehicle in this picture.
The occupants of the pictured vehicle broke windows out of vehicles and stole items out of them.
