LONDON, KY (May 15, 2023) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Stephen Walker arrested Elicia Thomas age 34 of Bowling Green, KY on Friday night May 12 at approximately 7:19 PM.
The arrest occurred off Cole Road, approximately 1 mile west of London after deputies were dispatched to assist EMS there.
Upon arrival at the scene, deputies conducted an investigation on a female subject located there and learned that allegedly, she had been walking up and down the road acting oddly.
This subject stated that she had used Methamphetamine.
Elicia Thomas was charged with;
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
