MANCHESTER, KY - On May 30, 2023, Ricky Cox of Fall Rock was arrested in Clay County after allegedly attempting to steal from the city of Manchester.
Reportedly, a city employee seen Cox with a garbage can believed to belong to the city of Manchester and told him to take the garbage container back to the park at which point, the employee was threatened by Mr. Cox.
According to jail records, Ricky Cox age 48 of Fall Rock, KY was arrested on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 by Manchester Police Chief Jeff Couch.
After being transported to jail, Cox was processed and booked into the facility at 9:36 A.M.
Ricky Cox is charged with:
- TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE
This individual is lodged at the Clay County Detention Center. Jail records do not indicate a bond amount or court date having been set.
