WILLIAMSBURG, KY - According to the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department (WCSD): On Friday, September 1, 2023, WCSD took Felicia Schultz age 40 of Williamsburg KY into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant.
The warrant was for Assault 3rd (school employee) and disorderly conduct regarding an incident that occurred on August 30th, 2023 where Schultz allegedly approached a Whitley County School District school bus loaded with elementary aged children.
Schultz allegedly approached the open bus door and verbally abused the bus driver with vulgarities and conduct which caused public alarm and annoyance.
Prior to concluding her verbal assault of the bus driver she proceeded by allegedly spiting on his arm and in his face.
Felicia Schultz was lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center charged with:
- DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 1ST DEGREE
- ASSAULT, 3RD DEGREE (SCHOOL EMPLOYEE OR SCHOOL VOLUNTEER)

The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department will pursue any and all legal avenues to ensure our school employees and children are protected against such inappropriate and unlawful conduct.
