SOMERSET, KY - According to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Bobby Jones reports the arrest of a Somerset man for Register Sex Offender School Restrictions.
The arrest occurred on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 while Deputy Dylan West, was performing duties as a School Resource Officer at Pulaski Elementary School.
Deputy Dylan West stopped Carl Colegrove, 41 years old, for walking across the parking lot during school hours.
Colgrove was determined to be a registered sex offender, and by KRS required to have advance written permission from the school.
Carl Colegrove was charged by SGT Branson Patterson for:
- Registered Sex Offender School Restrictions
This individual was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
Colgrove is being held without bond and is scheduled for release on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
