LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Daniel Reed arrested a Manchester, KY man on Sunday, October 1, 2023 in East Bernstadt after Deputy Reed received a complaint of a male subject having pried open a fence causing substantial damage to the fence and then approaching a residence and banging on the door.
The occupant of the residence called the London-Laurel Dispatch Center and before Deputy Reed arrived on the scene, the subject left the area.
Deputy Reed located the suspect and his vehicle and made a traffic stop on Highway 30 in East Bernstadt and identified the suspect as Robert N. Isom, age 37 of Manchester, KY.
After further investigation, Deputy Reed arrested Robert Isom for:
- Criminal Mischief - 1st Degree
- Criminal Trespassing - 2nd Degree
- Menacing
- A Clay County FTA
- A KY Parole Violation Warrant charging him with Absconding Parole Supervision and Failure to Report to Parole Officer as directed.
Isom was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
