LONDON, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, Deputy Byron Grimes took a complaint of a missing person.
Dwight Brownlee, age 41 of London was last seen at a business on KY 192 near Interstate 75 on Thursday, September 21, 2923.
Brownlee was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
This individual has been diagnosed with Bipolar Schizophrenia and personality disorders which can cause him to have rapid mood changes. Brownlee is also known to carry a pocket knife.
