MANCHESTER, KY - On Monday, November 20, 2023, Manchester Mayor Steve Collins and Police Chief Jeff Couch along with Assistant Chief Dodson, Lt. Garrison, and Clay County Schools Officer Combs visited the Paces Creek Elementary Pre-School class.
The visiting Officers read to the students and talked about the life of police officers, after which the children were shown the police cruisers and had the vehicles's operations explained by the Officers.
