MANCHESTER, KY - Charles "Pete” Perrin, General Manager at Wendy’s in Manchester has passed away. "Pete”, age 72 was from Nicholasville, Kentucky.
He married Clay County native Norma Lunsford on February 12, 1976 and they settled in Manchester. Charles was widely known and well liked throughout Clay County. and southeast Kentucky.
As well as being General Manager at Wendy’s in Manchester, Pete also served the community as City of Manchester KY Tourism Commissioner.
The Manchester Tourism Commission had the following to say regarding the death of Charles "Pete” Perrin:
Words are inadequate to express the sorrow that we feel at having to say goodbye to one of our most valuable Commissioners, Pete Perrin. We have been more than just people working together … we have become a family, and we have missed him and will continue to miss him so much. We extend our sincere condolences and prayers to all his family, his work family, and his many friends. Rest in Peace, Pete. You will forever be in our hearts.
