Deputy Tommy Houston Receives Top Award from Kentucky's Governor for Impaired Driver Arrests for the Laurel County Sheriffs Office

LONDON, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriffs Deputy Tommy Houston received the top award from Kentucky's Governor for arrests of Impaired Drivers for the Laurel County Sheriffs Office this past year.

Sheriff John Root stated he was proud of Deputy Houston's Achievement, stressing that Laurel Deputies will continue to aggressively remove impaired drivers from Laurel County Roads.

This is the 4th year in a row that Deputy Houston has qualified for this distinguished award.
