KSP Post 11, London Investigation of Illegal Narcotic Sales in McCreary County, Kentucky Results in Multiple Arrests

WHITLEY CITY, KY - According to the Kentucky State Police (KSP), Post 11 London along with the McCreary County Sheriff's Office conducted a drug round-up in McCreary County on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. 

The results of the round up led to five people being arrested.

Several others remain at large with active indictment warrants from the McCreary County Grand Jury.

Post 11 detectives have been investigating the illegal sale of Narcotics in McCreary County for several months.

KSP Detectives purchased Methamphetamine and located a large amount of Marijuana during the span of their investigation.

Individuals who were arrested face multiple counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.

Suspects arrested and charged were:

Allen Braden of Pine Knot charged with:

  • 2 counts of Trafficking Methamphetamine

Matthew Sumner of Pine Knot charged with:

  • 2 counts of Trafficking Methamphetamine

Heather Larsen of Stearns charged with:

  • 2 counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine

Roy Dale Worley of Stearns charged with:

  • 1 count of Trafficking in Methamphetamine

Sandra Spradlin of Pine Knot charged with:

  • 2 counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine
  • 1 count of Trafficking in Marijuana

Kentucky State Police are continuing the investigation of illegal Narcotic sales in McCreary County.
