MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that in the early morning hours of Sunday, February 4, 2024, Deputy Rodney Smith observed a vehicle sitting on the side of the road.
Upon further investigation, Deputy Smith made contact with Randall Grubb, age 52 of Manchester, KY.
Grubb was placed under arrest and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Randall Grubb was charged with:
- CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE
- TBUT OR DISP ALL OTHERS $1,000 < $10,000
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
