LONDON, KY - The London Police Department reports that: On February 02, 2024 at approximately 1:52 pm, K9 Officer Dylan Messer arrested Jarvis Bradley, age 29 of London, KY.
The incident began when K9 Officer Messer received a report that a male was possibly intoxicated and sitting in the middle of the roadway in a vehicle on Parthenia Street.
As K9 Officer Messer arrived on scene, he observed the operator, Bradley, sitting in the vehicle with a can of Air Duster actively "Huffing" from the can and then appeared to slump over in the vehicle.
K9 Officer Messer had to reach into the vehicle to put it in park, shut off the vehicle and attempt to wake Bradley.
Upon waking Bradley, he refused to obey directions given by officers.
After a brief struggle, Bradley was placed under arrest without further incident.
Jarvis Bradley was charged with:
- Operating a Motor Vehicle U/Influence of a Substance - 1st Offense
- Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
- Resisting Arrest, and other minor traffic offenses
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
