LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen along with Deputy Nate Bishop arrested Austin Clark age 31 of East Bernstadt on Saturday evening February 3, 2024 at approximately 4:43 PM.
The arrest occurred on a business parking lot off North Laurel Rd., approximately 1/2 mile north of London after deputies were dispatched to a suspicious person complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that allegedly the suspect had been on a business parking lot and looking into and around a parked Chevrolet Tahoe on the parking lot.
An investigation was conducted and it was determined that this individual was under the influence.
Austin Clark was charged with:
- Criminal trespassing – third-degree
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
