Frankie Estep

Assault with Injury Arrest and Multiple other Charges in Clay County, Kentucky

MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Friday February 9, 2024, Sheriff's Deputy Justin Shepherd assisted by Deputy Rodney Smith, Officer Root and Officer Blackwell of Manchester City Police was dispatched to Upper Rader Road. 

Apparently, Deputy Shepherd with assistance from Deputy Smith and Manchester PD Officers Root and Blackwell were responding to Upper Rader Road after Deputy Shepherd had been dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute there.

Once Officers arrived at the scene and a thorough investigation had been conducted, Frankie Estep, age 56 of Manchester, KY was placed under arrest and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.

Frankie Estep was charged with:

  • Assault 4th degree - minor injury (Domestic)
  • Resisting Arrest
  • Disarming a PeaceOfficer-Attempt
  • Wanton Endangerment - 1st degree

In Addition, Estep also had a court warrant for:

  • Failure to Appear

This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
